Today during Reading my group read the article Finding China. Before we read the text we read the title. Then we discussed what we thought was going to happen next. I talked with Jack and Fraidoon. Our prediction was that the article was going to be about a recount of someone's experience going to China. We were right. The text said, 'Without my parents, I travelled to Shanghai, China, where I went to school for six weeks. How did this come about?'
I was a Year 7 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I was in Learning Space 2 and my teachers were Ms Kirkpatrick and Mrs Anderson.
