This week for Maths, we had to explain how to solve problems using place value. We had to explain how to use place value through addition and subtraction. Our groups had to use shapes to make the reader understand how you could use place value to solve problems. I enjoyed doing this task because it was easy and because I could understand place value houses. I think I could do thousands next time for my place value problems.
I was a Year 7 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I was in Learning Space 2 and my teachers were Ms Kirkpatrick and Mrs Anderson.

Hi Angari
ReplyDeleteI think you are really good at showing the example
but I think you should work on explaining why you
have to move a two or hundred to the next column.
